The booking process with Jade was very efficient . I had to change our date over a bank holiday weekend and at short notice and she was very understanding and flexible with the rebooking.
Rob did an excellent job . Identified a problem we had with our flue and gave a link for someone who could fix it. He sent stove care advice with the invoice that was very useful.
I’d recommend them without hesitation and will be booking next year .

They swept both chimneys and inspected them with cameras. As a result, they were able to offer us valuable advice on modifications we need to make. Thoroughly professional. Thank you!

Rob has swept the chimneys at two places we've lived now and has done a great job each time. He's very knowledgeable about anything to do with stoves and chimneys. One of ours needs some restoration and he was able to diagnose the issues from just from a few photos and is able to carry out all the work too. He's a one-stop shop for all your chimney and stove needs. Highly recommended.

Amazing service!! Rob was on time, the booking was so simple just a call and then a text confirming the day and date, on arrival Rob couldn't sweep my chimney as i needed to remove old flue liner! My mistake totally!! he checked my old flue liner and advised it should be changed due to a split he saw!! His advise was invaluable!! I hadn't seen the split so thank you for your professional guidance, I asked Rob when he could come back and we booked another date. When asking him how much do I owe you for you call out! No charge amazing!!
My chimney has been swept the service Was100% so good I've booked him again for our next sweep. Highly recommend company trustworthy and gave me confidence with a certificate that he was happy with the condition of my chimney x
